PINCH SHOOTERS: Five FANS, will be selected, for each team, to shoot free throws

that will be added to the final scores of the games. Will each receive a certificate

signed by league official plus a $5.00 game salary.

MANDATORY SMALL BUSINESSES

1. ALL, FINAL TEAM PLAYERS, MUST HAVE ACTIVE, SMALL BUSINESSES OR

START AND MAINTAIN ONE, OR MORE, FOR THEIR, ENTIRE, CAREERS.

2. Small business reports, must be submitted to corporate, monthly, to avoid

suspensions. Failure to actively engage in and promote your business, can

result in termination. Multiple, Regular, Surprise, Business Inspections.

3. New, employees hired by our players, MUST HAVE THEIR OWN SMALL

BUSINESSES, THROUGH OUT THEIR, JOB, CAREERS, and submit, monthly

business reports, to our players.

4. Businesses of ALL final team members, must be up and running @ season

opening. Incorporations must be completed within 45 days, after season begins.

SETTING UP FOR LIFE, PROGRAM:

FIRST YEAR, HOME OWNERSHIP MANDITORY:

Millions of, fantastic, homes, in the US, are valued at $60k or less, for CASH.

1. ALL players, MUST, purchase, a home, for cash, during their, first year.

2. ALL players, already owning homes, MUST, focus on, paying off the mortgages.

3. Matching payment, Player, LIMITED Retirement Programs, are being,

investigated. Example: $2000 per mo.

4. Tax lien and or Tax Deed Certificate, purchases = $15k. per year, starting

second year, throughout, their careers. Community and National support.

5. Players that fail, ANY, part of the LIFE, program, will be TERMINATED.

BAD REFEREE CALLS: If agreed upon, by both teams, a referee, can be

substituted out of the game, after four wrong calls, in a half. If still in and two

more bad calls are made, in a half, a substitution, is automatic. No floor referee ejections

and no disrespect=non game related, tech fouls. Games stop, until, correct calls, made.

Director decides unclear corporate calls.

. NJBA END GAME REVIEW: Where winner dispute exists, corporate officials, will, make

final call, within, minutes. Where corporate officials, are not available, one half of a game

will be awarded to each team with the complaining team receiving, 1/2+ status.

TANKING TEAMS: In addition to the traditional drafts, from the two, NBA FINALISTS

and all conference finalists, of the PRIVIOUS YEAR, one player, selected by the teams

will assign to a tanking team, for, ONE HALF, of a season, with bonus incentives, paid

by the top 10 teams. All stats, remain, with home team.

INSOLVENT NBA TEAMS: Those teams, consistently losing money, are eligible for

NJBA HARDSHIP Conversion Program. Team ownership, is transferred to the NJBA

after all changes have been made, to match our teams. All profits go into an account

until, the posted, purchase price, of a team, has been reached. At that point, ownership

will be transferred back to the original owner. With owner contributions, program ends

in five years. If at the end of the five year term, the team profits along with the contributions

from the former owner, fall short of the, amount needed for sale, the total amount of profit

generated by the team, will act as the FULL, payment, to the previous owner, for the sale

of their team.
